So Spice Cubes are the perfect way to preserve your herbs and make flavoring food quick and easy. We aways include a heart-healthy fat into our meals, so mixing the herbs in with different fat sources makes meals healthy and tasty in a flash. We purchased small silicone cube trays that hold 2 tbsp. of liquid, which is exactly the amount of fat we add to our food.
You can throw all of your spices in a food processor and spoon them into your trays, or just chop them up first. It just depends on your preference.
